Hi, friends!  Oh, how I am *loving* summer!  I wish there was some way I could communicate the level of love I feel for this break.  How much do I love it?  Well, I let Becks eat a chocolate chip cookie for breakfast the other day because whythehecknot?!  See?  Summer has possessed me.

So!  I finally finished my Word Work Mega Pack Part 2, which includes diphthongs and vowel variants.  It’s been months in the making, and I’m sorry for that.  I was a little bit low on time and motivation during the school year, but summer has me rejuvenated me.  Since it took me fo-evah and because it’s summer and because I love you and because I love summer, I’ve put four of my word work packs are on a super sale!  Regularly, they cost 5 bucks, but are currently 50% off at $2.50.  They’ll remain on sale until June 13, 2012 whenever I wake up :)

      

      

In other news, my mini-lists are proving quite helpful.  It’s so much easier to accomplish 7-8 things a day, instead of 25.  Sometimes I think I should just put shower on there just to feel even more accomplished!  Ha!  The good news: I HUNG THE MIRROR ALL BY MYSELF!  I know, right?!  I bought a mirror-hanging kit which made my efforts possible.

But, yeah, that arrangement wasn’t really working for me.  The side-table was a little too short, not to mention off-centered since it was sitting right next to the couch. What to do, what to do?  Well, dangit if I wasn’t yard-saling the very next day and found the most perfect table OF MY DREAMS.  And the cost?  Wait for it…FIVE DOLLARS!  I about fell over.  I haven’t repainted her yet, but I *love* her!

Since I was all proud of my big, bad mirror hanging self, I also decided to even out the shelving situation on one of the walls above our L-shaped sofa.

So, I have got to do something with that picture arrangement.  It’s far too busy, but I needed to fill the space so I grabbed a bunch of random frames from the closet.  I’m thinking something tone-on-tone.  Probably white frames with the occasional pop of color.  Also, curtains.  But, my to-do list can only get so long each day ;)
